The Open Door: Welcoming Reconciliation with Courage and Vulnerability (Openness, Vulnerability)
Picture a door that opens to bravery and being open. The King James Bible in Psalm 34:12KJV says, “What man is he that desires life, and love many days, that he may see good?” This means to have a good life, be careful with your words.
The Open Door is about taking risks, saying your true feelings, facing fears, and being open to reconciliation. It’s like walking through a door with courage and an open heart.
Psalm 34:9- 13 KJV 9O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him. 10The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing. 11Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD. 12What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good? 13Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. 14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. 15The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
Psalms 31:24 “Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.”
