Holy Week also known as Passion Week to the Christian believers is the week immediately before Easter. Christian believers around the world of all nationalities and denomations commemorate the final week of Jesus Christ’s life, including his crucifixion, death, and resurrection. Holy Week begins with the commemoration of Christ’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem until Palm Sunday (Easter).

This author, being a diabetic fast upon retiring for the night until hours of waking up. That means no waking up and getting snacks. You may just fast for an hour or two, you announce you are fasting then announce when you have completed your fast in a prayer to God. It works.
