First Day of Winter. Quietness + Confidence = Strength. Psalm 46:1 KJV God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
As we approach the holiday season of Christmas, it is a joyous time. Our redeemer, Lord, and Savior, Jesus Christ was born. Some people have lost their husbands, children, and other dear ones which makes this season unbearable. Some people don’t have money to buy gifts or feel embarrassed by their situation. Remember, Quiet + Confidence in God (trust) = Strength. This strength of the Lord will get you through many nights. Joy comes in the morning.

Isaiah 40:28-31 KJV 28Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. 29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint.
2 Corinthians 12:10 KJV 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.
