Powerful Prayer for Kids, Adult or Young Adult Children
Father, I come before you asking the Holy Spirit to guide this prayer in Jesus’ name.
I come from a humble place with a sincere heart with a request for your consideration.
I agree with God, I agree with heaven, the Holy Spirit, and the Word.
I come before you with praise, fear, gratitude, thanksgiving, and love.
Jesus is lord and shall rule my life forever.
I repent my sins known and unknown.
Please forgive me so that I may be set free from all attacks of the enemy and stand in the gap with prayer for my family.
I entrust my son or daughter to you, to thy never-failing care and love, for this life and the life to come.
I pray that my son or daughter receive from your holy spirit, wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you, so that as it is written,
Philippians 4:19, My God shall supply all their needs according to his riches in glory, by Christ Jesus. Please help them, through your power, to do what is written in
Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Remind them to praise you, and to pray to you often, so that you will meet them at
their point of need, so they do not fall into temptation. Put far from them, every root of bitterness, the desire for vain glory, and the pride of life. Fill them with faith,
virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, and godliness. Turn my daughter or son’s heart to mother and father, and love among us as family, that we may evermore be
kindly affection one to another; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
