Wisdom and Common Sense Given Freely By God Through His Holy Spirit

One great benefit of Jesus Christ’s completed work of the cross is that believers receive the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God.  God gives everything to the Holy Spirit who in turn gives it to us. That is why we pray through the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ’s name. Always make your request known to God asking the Holy Spirit to lead you in prayer so that you pray in spirit and truth. Then, you will pray for the things you need to pray for and don’t know to ask for.   Before making plans or making a decision, seek the Lord’s counsel.  Sometimes just saying a little prayer before making a difficult phone call can make the world of difference in the outcome.
