Why Should We Meditate on Scripture and Study the Bible? Matthew 22:29 (KJV)
Why Should We Meditate on Scripture and Study the Bible?
The Word is the sword of God and armor of the spirit. If you know the word you will not follow false prophets nor make really bad decisions that may take a lifetime to recover from. You will be able to stand against the enemy of your health, finances, relationships, home, heart, soul and salvation. The bible is your set of instructions from Jesus Christ (Gospel) for a God filled life. It requires many readings throughout your life. Each reading may yield a different meaning because the words are anointed. God and the Holy Spirit speak to you through the Word. ePrayer Circle encourages all people to meditate on scripture and read the bible. There is no charge for ePrayer Circle’s daily scriptures with graphics that provide links to the King James Bible Online for your easy reading and convenience. Matthew 15:14 “Let them alone: they are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.”
2 Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”
Matthew 22: 29 “You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God.” (continue below)
10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all, to stand.
14Stand therefore, having your loins, girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Call to Salvation:
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Romans 10:9-10 9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation
John 3:5-6 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is the Spirit.
