The Sword of the Spirt is the Word of God

Believe what the Lord has declared you to be then pray with conviction. The enemy will tell you otherwise.

Matthew 22:29  Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.” 30 ³²I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? 

Hebrews 4:12 KJV “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

2 Timothy 2:15 KJV  “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

John 17:17KJV   ¹⁷Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. ¹⁸As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. ¹⁹And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. ²⁰Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;

ROMANS 5:1-10  Justified by Faith

1Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

2. By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

3And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience.

4And patience, experience, and hope.

5.And hope maketh not ashamed because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

6For when we were yet without strength in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

7For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet for a good man some would even dare to die.

8. But God commendeth his love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Ephesians 6:10-18  Put on the whole armour of God

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13Therfore take unto you the whole armour of God, that we may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all to stand.

14.  Stand, therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness.

15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD Psalm 23

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures, he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3.He restores my soul. He leadeth me in the path of righteousness for his namesake.

4. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for thou art with me: thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5.  Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil: my cup runneth over.

6. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.   in Jesus Christ’s name. Amen.
