The Resurrection – Easter aka Palm Sunday
Happy Easter from ePrayer Circle.com Jesus Christ was crucified on a Friday, buried on Saturday, and rose on a Sunday to be the savior of the world. Before Jesus was crucified, he ate “The Last Supper” with his disciples, which is also known as the “Communion”. He commanded a holy ritual for believers to drink wine to represent his blood and eat bread that represent his flesh in remembrance of him and the completed work done on the cross.
Today, Christians from all over the world come together repenting sins, praising God, and partaking in “Communion” on Easter Sunday aka Palm Sunday in remembrance of Jesus Christ, Our Lord, and Savior. The children enjoy the hunt for colored eggs because prizes are often hidden in the eggs.
Many churches are still closed because of the Covid 19 pandemic but many are open this Easter. If not, you are free to take communion at home as well as find a program on TV or the internet to join a service with others to praise God. Get everyone in your house together to accept the gift of salvation and partake in communion. If you have a dietary restriction and don’t drink wine, grape soda or a berry juice should suffice. Make sure you pray, praise God, and repent your sins before partaking of the “Communion”.
See below. Psalms 150:6 “Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.” The “Communion” is for saved persons. If you are not saved, there is a penalty for partaking in the communion. 1Corinthians 29-31 29For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. 30For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. 31For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:
24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
26For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he comes.
27Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
28But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
29For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.
30For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
31For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

Call to salvation:
John 3:16 KJV “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Romans 10:9-10 KJV 9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.
John 3:5-6 KJV 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is the Spirit.
