Take a walk when you are feeling overwhelmed or angry. Observe God’s creations, smell the roses, and hear the birds. Take that opportunity to connect with God in prayer and repent your sins as you walk under the heavens – God’s natural sanctuary. He and his angels never sleep and stand ready to perform God’s words. It’s good to repeat scripture and prayers from the bible during your walk. Many have received great ideas during these types of walks.
