Life can be tough. Sometimes, it might feel like things won’t ever get better. But even when you’re feeling down, remember that there’s always hope.
Romans 15:13 from the Bible says: “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.”
This verse reminds us that God, the source of all hope, is always with us, even when we’re struggling. He wants us to be filled with joy and peace, and he wants us to have a strong sense of hope for the future.
No matter what you’re going through, please remember that you’re not alone. There are people who care about you and want to help. Talk to a friend, family member, religious leader, or therapist. There are also many resources available online and through hotlines.
2 Corinthians 10:5 KJV “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”

Dear Heavenly Father,
In moments of despair, we turn to You, our refuge and strength. We lift up those who feel the weight of darkness, contemplating a path of despair. Grant them the strength to surrender their burdens to You and find solace in Your unwavering love.
As we come before You, we declare 2 Corinthians 10:5, “We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” May those struggling with thoughts of hopelessness find the courage to capture negative thoughts, replacing them with the truth of Your promises.
Additionally, we find comfort in Psalm 34:18, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” May this assurance resonate in the hearts of those facing despair, reminding them that You are close, ready to mend their brokenness.
Lord, infuse their hearts with hope and surround them with a community of support. Let Your light pierce through the darkness, guiding them to a path of healing and purpose. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
