Riding Dirty: Hit and Run
Lately, on the news, there have been many reports of hit and run accidents. The driver hits someone that is in a vehicle, walking or jogging and does not stop to see if that person is ok nor determine if medical attention is needed. The driver just keeps going. That is against the law in all states. It is called “hit and run”. Many people are driving without proper insurances, tags, and driver licenses. Many are driving under the influences. Driving illegally is called, Riding Dirty.
Nothing is new under the sun so it’s not that people don’t know better but that people are more concerned about themselves than the victim. Brothers and sisters let’s do better. Many times the person who hit and ran finds themselves worse off than if they had stopped to help the victim with remorse. Because they eventually get caught and the law shows no mercy as none was given.
