Letter From The Editor: Develop a Spirit of Excellence to Rise Above the Noise.
John 10:10 KJV “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly.”
Hello, ePrayer Circle’s Tribe,
Easter holiday is gone but our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ reign forever. Since I was a child, I have been praising God, repenting of my sins, and praying to God.
I am mature in age, a widow, and have raised a grown child. I have come to understand that these spiritual practices of repenting, praising, and praying have kept my spirit humble and grateful. Which in turn changed my soul, and healed it of all its diseases.
I have met people who developed serious psychological problems because they did not commit to regular spiritual practices of reading the bible for comfort and guidance, praying to God, praising God, and repenting of sins in the midst of their storms. They would not submit their spirits to God daily.
They chose their own way of thinking and their interpretations of situations were often incorrect. Therefore, their solutions were incorrect: envy, hate, grudge-heartedness, and unforgiveness. They did not trust God to guide them with His truth, love, and spirit. They did not keep their eyes on the Lord and let the noise and confusion, hurt, and pain pass by.
Isaiah 26:3 KJV “Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trust in thee.”
I know this is easier said than done as I have experienced some of these things but it MUST be done in order to recover with an excellent spirit. The Holy Spirit, the comforter, will help with this. My prayer is that regardless of age or nationality, we consistently recognize with spiritual practices that God is the higher power that is good, holy, and righteous.
God has our best interest at heart. We can trust Him and submit our will to Him. Some turn to drugs, alcohol, and other contrabands to cope with life’s difficult situations. When we are proud, we are stubborn. We follow our own will and not God’s will for our lives. We do not become servants with excellent spirits. Only when we seek to do the will of God in every part of our lives, it is then that we really experience life the way God meant for us to live. Rich or poor, we all can enjoy the abundant life that God has given us. You can stop missing opportunities by being able to recognize the right opportunity (personal or professional) for you when it comes your way. Your heart no longer hurts but recognizes and your spirit grows into a spirit of excellence. Then you are able to counsel because you are no longer on the milk as a baby.
Many of us, of all ages, do not respect the people God has placed in our lives to guide us. Humbleness doesn’t mean we’re not to have integrity or to stand up for ourselves. Humbleness means we are to allow God to use us for his purposes, not companies, institutions, societies, or industries that do not serve God. When at all possible, be kind.
When we make plans according to God’s will and the gifts he has bestowed on us, our plans work out. The news and social media platforms report many horrific events to come according to the unfolding prophecies in the bible. However, these things will not cause any of us depression, anxiety, or to be in a violent state because each of us will have developed our own personal relationship with God, who is all-wise, all-knowing, all-powerful, and predestined.
Each one is to be grateful for God’s mercy and many benefits in order to enjoy what life is really all about. When Jesus stated, I came to give life and give it more abundantly, He was not talking about making you rich with money but rich in the spirit and meeting needs that will carry you throughout life.
Spirits of excellence love God and each other humbly. Power comes from love and truth. We become kinder to our children, siblings, parents, and grandparents. Relationships are better because we do not take offense and we allow the noise (confusion, hurt, pain, and worry) to go by.
Most younger people want to conquer the world. Enjoy yourself but do not forget what is most important. Let God guide you into relationships and careers. When he tells you that a relationship (any) is not for you. Learn to trust that. Learn to listen to your inner self – some say it is a 6th sense but it is the quiet nudging of God’s Holy Spirit. Everything God gives to you comes by the way of the Holy Spirit.
Friends, relatives, and influential people will get you in the most trouble because you trust them more than you should for whatever reason. You seek their counsel before God’s counsel.
Relatives may not know as much as they thought they did, a friend could have a secret motive of jealousy and not be aware of it. Influential people may have money as a motive because they need it. It is wise to seek counsel from your support system and wise counselors. They may have more experience with what you are trying to do but get in the practice of seeking God’s advice first. Your support people may not be available or don’t know when you need them to know. Commit your plans to God because he could be taking you in a whole new direction. It’s called innovation.
ePrayer Circle’s mission is to use internet technologies to encourage people of all nationalities to praise God, pray to God, meditate on scripture, and study the Bible in order to develop a stronger relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for a better and happier life.
Matthew 22: 37-40 KJV 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
May the Grace of God be with you,
P.S.
Moses was a very powerful man. Yet, he was known to be the most humble person anyone could meet. Below is part of Psalms 32 that sums it all up. Become a spirit of excellence to rise above the noise.
Psalms 32:5-11 KJV 5I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid.
I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD, and thou forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
6For this shall everyone that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found:
surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
7Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
8I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
9Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
10Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
11Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.

A CALL TO SALVATION:
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Romans 10:9-10 9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.
John 3:5-6 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7
