Is Manifesting Solutions or Desires into Your Life Biblical? Yes! and No! John 10:1KJV
The popular teaching of manifesting teaches the act of speaking desires, solutions, and material things into existence with positive affirmations. Is this biblical? Yes and No. Keywords: manifesting, manifest, #nodoubt, #biblical, #jesuschrist, #eprayercircle
Yes, it is because God says to delight in the Lord and ASK for what you want as if you have received it in Jesus Christ’s name.
Mark 11:24 KJV “Therefore I say unto you, What things so ever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”
Therefore, the biblical act of manifesting includes two things:
1. Make your request to GOD in Jesus Christ’s name and
2. Make your request without doubt, as in a manner the request is fulfilled and received. God created everything. John 1:3 “All things were made by him, and without him was not anything made that was made.”
- You May Declare and Decree the Word of God over your life. When we confess the Words of God over our lives, our declarations of faith will always be honored and confirmed by God. Job 22:28“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.”
“The Word is the decree . When you are declaring (confess) a law, you will be declaring a decree (Confessing the Word of God) , whose person you established was the Lord. Therefore, everything you declare, your Father, who established your decree, is affirming that it will happen.” (Source: Retrieved from internet on 06/30/2021 from Difference between Decree and Declaration! — Steemit)
I decide, declare and decree that “Jesus Christ is Lord Over My Life.” ” I declare and decree, I do not want for any good thing for there is no lack in the Lord. It is written, Psalms 23 The Lord is My Shephard, I shall not want. Psalms 121:2 “My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”
No. The teachings that are going around are not manifesting through God. It is a form of witchcraft without the person knowing it. Anytime something is manifested without acknowledging where it is coming from is not good. Any spiritual entity can fulfill your request including the devil or any of the many of the fallen angels (demons). If they fulfill the request and you accept, you have entered into a legally binding unholy agreement. You may or may not believe in that but it does not mean it does not exist.
A great example of this is the history of many people winning very large sums of money in the lotteries. It is widely known that not everyone but most end up in ruins and wish they had never won. Most end up broke and a laughing stock, missing, and in some cases dead. Think about the odds of winning and think about how these people ended up. These actions are not of God.
Proverbs 10:22 KJV “The blessing of the LORD, it makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it.”
In conclusion, The answer is yes, to ask God in Jesus’ name for whatever your heart desires without doubt as long as you delight (obey) in the Lord. No. Manifesting by speaking words is not biblical if you do not make your request or declarations to God in Jesus Christ’s name.
John 10:1 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.”
John 14:13 “And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.”
Philippians 4:6 “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
Psalms 121:2 “My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”
Mark 9:23 “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”
Psalms 37:4 “Delight thyself also in the LORD, and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”
James 1:6 “But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.” 7For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord. 8A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.
Psalms 100:3 “Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.”
